A TRIBUTE TO KANSAS CITY
Blue lights along 14th Street welcomed fans to Kansas City's Power and Light district during the first two rounds of the NCAA men's basketball tournament in March 2009. The district's namesake, the Kansas City Power and Light Building, was completed in 1931 and remains a prominent part of the city's skyline.
